It's confusing growing up in the age of information; and organization is key. Here is a tool for mental organization. Keep track of yourself through time and remember what you enjoy. Add a protective layer to your cortex ( Allo, Neo, Www).
Hippocamera - a technological memory.
We don't tell our brains to remember- it just happens. But using media (❏,(قلم.),♫) we can introduce positive memories. Remembering what you enjoy – especially as a kid, can give life direction. Success story, write yours.
